Qualifications
•    BS or MS in Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience if allowed by law.
•    10+ years’ experience in the offshore oil and gas industry.
•    Strong familiarity with offshore industry standards the influence structural aspects (ex. API RP 2A).
•    Supervisory and/or lead experience required.
•    Relevant professional registration required.
•    Supervises work and performance directly and through discipline leads.
•    Experience with workshare delivery model is preferred.
•    Proficient with engineering software applications (ex. SACS for offshore structure analysis).
•    Computer proficiency required.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Accuracy and attention to detail important.
•    Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
•    Ability to prepare, present, and/or supervise the development of complex program proposals and reports to senior-level management and customers.
•    Responsible for establishing project estimates and oversight of project budgets.
•    Strong organizational skills.
•    Ability to effectively communicate in English and take a leadership role.
•    Commitment to customer service and ability to assist others in solving functional problems.
•    Ability to maintain confidential information critically.
•    Generally characterized as a "Senior Supervising Leader" with the ability to supervise more diverse or complex functions.
•    Ability to direct work through others.
•    Provides oversight, expertise, and guidance to less experienced individuals.
•    Regularly interfaces with departmental staff, upper management, and outside customers.
