The candidate knowledge with the Pipeline Construction field and his experience in construction principles & practices is expected to be able to:
- Utilize in-depth engineering and construction knowledges to provide the guidance to the project team when preparing the tactical plans and study activities.
- Provide direction and project management related to construction to ensure executable plans with optimized budget are delivered to the customer.
- Manage project risks to ensure effective mitigation is in place from early stage of the project.
- Assess the construction methods to ensure meeting the customer expectations.
- Manage the development of scope of work for project bid packages with the engineering team.
- Lead the development of EPC bidding package and coordinate the bidding support activities to ensure following customer normal practices & policies.
- Maintain and strength Client’s relations.
