CSU Fragner Planner
Qualifications & Experience
• 10+ years of planning/scheduling experience in oil & gas or LNG projects, with a focus on commissioning.
• Proficient in scheduling software (Primavera P6 required; knowledge of MS Project or similar tools a plus).
• Experience with systemization, commissioning work package development, and completions management systems (CoConsole, WinPCS, etc.).
• Strong understanding of commissioning execution strategies, SIMOPS, and turnover processes.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze schedules, identify risks, and propose mitigation plans.
Success Criteria
• Accurate and timely development of commissioning fragnets integrated into the master schedule.
• Early identification of schedule conflicts, SIMOPS risks, or milestone slippage.
• Clear and reliable reporting of commissioning progress and readiness.
• Alignment with client’s commissioning plan, turnover strategy, and project controls standards.
