Cost Control Manager
· Awarded a 4- or 5-year technical degree in science, engineering and/or construction disciplines or equivalent on the job experience
· A minimum of 10 years executing projects delivery (stand alone or as part of a program/portfolio). EPcM, EPC and/or BOO project execution with total project values greater than $100 million USD preferred.
· Working knowledge of industry standard business support systems i.e. project planning packages, cost management systems, ISO9001 quality management systems
· Understand industry benchmark projects and pricing
· Experience in risk management,
· A high level of business acumen, business development and customer focus
· Strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills with a passion for building teams and growing business
· Strong ability to inform and persuade on complex matters through preparation and delivery of proposals, presentations and reports, as well as collaboration with stakeholders and management.
· Flexibility to travel and work effectively with team members in other offices remotely
· Strong negotiation skills.
· Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to plan, review, edit reports, other engineering and construction deliverables. Comfortable and effective presenting to senior executives
· Language skills in Arabic, Spanish, or French is a plus
