Cost Control Lead - RAK

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Experience in cost control or project controls within construction and/or mining projects, in a lead role.

• Proven experience in site-based roles on large-scale EPC or mining/construction projects.

• Strong understanding of project cost control principles, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

• Proficiency in cost control software and systems (e.g., Primavera, SAP, EcoSys, MS Excel, or equivalent).

• Knowledge of earned value management (EVM), project accounting, and cost performance analysis.

   

• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
