Qualifications / Skill set

• University degree in finance, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Foundational experience in project cost control, project accounting, or a related field, preferably within the energy, chemicals, or resources sectors.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to identify cost trends and variances.

• Proficiency in cost control systems, tools, and reporting software, with an understanding of how these integrate with project management systems.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to work with accuracy under supervision and to follow established processes and procedures.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new processes, tools, and methodologies in a professional setting.
