Role Context:
As an experienced Contracts Manager, you will work closely with customers on-site in Bohus to drive project success by translating strategic goals into effective contract management actions. With your expertise in contracts and problem-solving, you’ll ensure agreements align with Worley’s objectives and project requirements. In this role, you will guide teams through complex contractual decisions and handle day-to-day contract administration to support smooth and efficient project execution.
You Will:
- Define priorities and make independent decisions on complex contract issues to keep projects aligned with strategic goals.
- Manage specific project components or smaller projects, ensuring objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Oversee contract administration, aligning policies and processes with business goals while offering technical guidance to supervisors and stakeholders.
- Lead contract efforts independently, guiding team members through various phases to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Identify, engage, and negotiate with contractors for consulting, specialty, and construction services to fulfill project requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance, authorize payments, and verify that services meet quality and timeline expectations.
You Bring:
- A degree in a related field or equivalent expertise.
- Extensive experience in supervisory, project management, and/or technical roles.
- Advanced knowledge of contract systems, processes, and tools, with troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, confident in presenting proposals and strategic guidance.
- Effective negotiation skills and a proactive approach to resolving conflicts to keep projects aligned.
- Fluency in English and Swedish.
