Key Responsibilities:
Contract Administration:

Assist in the review, drafting, and administration of contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.

Track contract milestones, deliverables, and obligations to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.

Support the preparation of contract amendments, extensions, and closeout documents.
Change Management:

Support the identification, documentation, and negotiation of contract variations and claims.

Maintain logs of change requests, claims, and contract correspondences.

Assist in the preparation of justification and documentation for scope changes and delays.
Commercial Support:

Coordinate with procurement and project controls teams on commercial issues.

Contribute to the development of procurement strategies and bid evaluations.

Monitor vendor and subcontractor performance against contractual commitments.
Risk & Compliance:

Identify potential contractual risks and escalate issues to the Contracts Manager.

Ensure all contract activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws.

Support audits and internal reviews of contract documentation and processes.
Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise with internal stakeholders (engineering, construction, finance, legal) to ensure proper contract interpretation and execution.

Interface with subcontractors and suppliers to resolve contractual issues on-site.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

Experience in contracts administration or contract support roles in the mining or industrial construction sector.

Experience working with standard contracts.

Familiarity with construction and procurement practices on large-scale energy projects.

Proficiency in MS Office and contract management systems.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Willingness to work on a remote or site-based rotation schedule as needed.
