Construction Systems Administrator
Technical and Industry Experience:
- A minimum seven (7) years of related experience in the EPC / EPCM industry, or equivalent field experience
- Advanced to expert competency as a System Administrator in Smart Completions, Construction Management O3, Bentley Synchro 4D, or equivalent
- Significant experience with construction systems in a complex, major projects environment including multi-office workshare
- Strong knowledge of IT systems (client-server operating systems, server configuration, software installation and configurations)
- Strong fundamental knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction & home-office and site planning requirements
- Deep understanding of construction project requirements, deliverables, and workflows
- Experience working in virtual teams supporting a global community
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent training skills
- Must have ability to build relationships with the customer, IT, and technical stakeholders
- Ability to plan, organize and scale the high-quality delivery required within set timeline and deadlines
- Ability to Identify and implement system architecture best practices and standards
- Technical acumen required for system scalability, availability, and performance activities
- Capable of technical deep dives into infrastructure, databases, and applications as needed, yet cognitively agile enough to have strategy discussions with leadership
- Proficiency in a common CAD drafting or graphics tool (e.g. Aveva Draw, AutoCAD and MicroStation)
- Must have minimum understanding of intelligent 3D modeling systems such as Aveva E3D and Smart3D
- Must have minimum understanding of intelligent resource management systems such as Aveva ERM or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience developing data dashboards with Power BI or equivalent
