Construction Manager
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Educational Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, NEBOSH, OSHA) or membership with industry organizations (e.g., AACE, PMI) is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Experience in managing large-scale construction projects, with a focus on oil and gas infrastructure (e.g., refineries, offshore platforms, pipelines).
- Proven track record of managing site-based teams, subcontractors, and multi-disciplinary construction activities in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience in managing health, safety, and environmental protocols on construction sites.
- Experience in managing large-scale construction projects, with a focus on oil and gas infrastructure (e.g., refineries, offshore platforms, pipelines).
- Skills & Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of oil and gas construction practices, regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and contract management
- In-depth knowledge of oil and gas construction practices, regulations, and safety standards.
