Construction Coordinator
Industry Specific Experience:
- 3+ years or more of industry experience
- 2+ years or more of insulating supervision
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Technical training in structural and ornamental ironworks
- Journeyman Red Seal certification preferred
HSE Capability:
- Share and believe in the OneWay vision and demonstrate the expected behaviours, competencies, and performance associated with their role or task
- Establish a team based work environment which recognises and utilises the contribution of all team members and involves all employees and other stakeholders in health, safety, and environmental performance improvement planning and associated activities
- Involve employees and other stakeholders in health, safety, and environmental management and associated activities that promote a culture of care and concern for people and the environment
IT Skills:
- Well versed in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, working with spreadsheets, schedules, and tables
- Experience in Navisworks
People Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Establish direct working relationships and rapport with all levels within the organization
- Excellent management skills including the ability to plan, set goals, and manage time, priorities, resources, accountabilities, schedules, and cost.
- Ability to work cohesively with all departments across the business
- Have a respectful attitude to all people with whom they interface, including home office, field, and client personnel
Other:
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Flexible - open to change, new ideas, and methods
- Ability to work under pressure in a changing environment. Be a champion of change and embrace change as it is required.
- Ability to coordinate activities to meet requirements in a timely fashion.
- Expected to analyze very complex problems and reach sound conclusions
