Computer-based Training Developer

As a Computer-based training developer you will create complete, self-contained CBT materials by converting technical input from subject matter experts (SME) into structured, multimedia-rich training modules. This role shall be responsible for the instructional design, visual storytelling, graphic production, animation, audio dubbing, and final editing of a computer-based training courseware.
Duties and responsibilities
Work with the SME to define clear instructional objectives.
Structure the content into a coherent course outline and develop detailed storyboards.
Propose storytelling approaches suitable for adult learners and technical audiences.
Create graphic designs, illustrations, and interactive elements required for the training.
Produce 2D or 3D animations to illustrate technical processes where applicable.
Coordinate or carry out professional voiceover recordings in English.
Integrate narration into the modules with proper timing and clarity.
Edit and compile the CBT modules, incorporating all visual and audio components.
Deliver the final materials in a HTML suitable format.
Conduct comprehensive internal reviews to ensure content accuracy, clarity, and instructional value.
Experience and Education in design and development of visual materials, visual storytelling and/or sound design.
Experience in industry-standard tools, such as: Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar.
- Understanding of adult learning methodologies and e-learning accessibility principles, screenwriting, editing, directing visual products.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate interaction with SMEs and project stakeholders.
High attention to detail, independence, and time management capabilities.
