Completions and Turnover Lead (Construction - Petrochemical Plant)

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
• Stewarding the turnover process as defined by the COMPANY’s Turnover Procedure.
• Main completions and turnover contact for site contractors and COMPANY personnel.
• Participation in daily construction and turnover meetings.
• Verifying that all turnover deliverables have been properly assigned as required to the applicable Turnaround Work Packages.
• Monitoring and expediting outstanding turnover deliverables for each Turnaround Work Package.
• Reviewing completed turnover deliverables.
• Database updates including the receipt of turnover deliverables, punch list uploads and punch list updates.
• Final Walkdown Participation, to be scheduled, organized, participated by and punch items recorded by the Contractor.
• Expediting final handover documentation.
• Compiling and issuing daily reports.
• Work with the Contractor, Construction Contractors, and COMPANY to ensure all completions and turnover requirements are satisfied, properly executed and documented in accordance with project requirements.
• Verifying system scoping drawings for completeness
• Performing random checks to ensure Contractor tag to system validation checks and their turnover database is kept current based on this validation.
• Review Contractor’s CMS database to ensure it is configured and validated against marked-up P&ID’s base on system/subsystems for Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Ready for Startup, etc.
• Ensure Contractor issues completed Turnover Certificates and Dossiers
Relevant education degree.
Relevant project experience, and preferred experience in Petrochemical project (Ethylene Cracker).
