Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multidisciplinary commissioning activities across the assigned process areas.
  • Ensure systems meet design specifications and are safe for handover to operations.
  • Collaborate with construction, QA/QC, HSE, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless interface and system readiness.
  • Prepare and execute commissioning procedures, test plans, and work packs.
  • Maintain and update commissioning schedules and progress tracking via required tools and process.
  • Manage punch list creation, tracking, and closure.
  • Oversee the commissioning of all bulk material handling systems of conveyor.
  • Supervise pre-commissioning and commissioning of process and utility piping.
  • Manage the commissioning of phosphate storage systems.
  • Coordinate load testing, mechanical functionality checks, and safety system validation.
  • Integrate storage hall operations with upstream conveyor feed and downstream load-out systems.
  • Verify structural readiness and safety compliance for mechanical commissioning.

Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Responsibilities:

  • Enforce safe commissioning practices aligned with project HSE policies.
  • Participate in risk assessments, PTWs, toolbox talks, and incident investigations as needed.
  • Ensure commissioning tasks do not compromise construction or operational safety.

Qualification:

  • Relevant educational qualification.

  • Relevant commissioning experience in industrial/mining/phosphate/fertilizer or similar process plants.
