Commercial Manager

What you’ll have

• University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline (Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Engineering). Typically,  a good broad depth of of  relevant commercial management experience.
• Experience in the procurement of services from issuing of enquiries through to bid evaluation, chairing of clarification meetings, post award negotiation, post award change management and regular performance review.
• Experience in EPCM and EPC projects is preferable, with prime contract and commercial negotiation experience with clients.
• Experience in negotiating and executing Contracts with contractors for a range of services (civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation).
• Experience in managing and administering FIDIC, NZS:3910/3916, NEC 3/4, or equivalent forms of contract.
• Understand commercial aspects of construction contracts and identifying areas of risk.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
