Commercial Excellence Program Leader - Strategic Transformation

Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with the company's transformation goals, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and sustainability.
- Lead and manage a program of initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.
- Build and lead a lean, high performing, agile, flexible global team of experts. Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, growth mindset and continuous improvement.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track the success and impact of commercial strategies. Adjust tactics as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Regularly communicate reporting on progress to the Project leader.
- Strong collaboration with key stakeholders and cross functional teams to understand needs and requirements and to align commercial initiatives with the broader transformation agenda.
- Act as a change agent within the organization, driving commercial excellence and ensuring that all team members understand and embrace the commercial strategy.
- Manage the budget for commercial initiatives and projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate global teams. Willingness to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
You have a results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes, competent in data analysis and reporting tools. You will bring strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to enable successful outcomes. Confident and experienced managing budgets and resources to deliver on agreed schedule.

Relevant experience
- Significant years relevant experience in Commercial Excellence field.
- Adept with agile ways of working and project management systems.
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong commercial and contracts background.
- Financial acumen and budget management.
- Negotiating contracts and terms and conditions.
- Understanding of commercial finance.
- Understands generation of capital resources.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commercial Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
