Commercial Contracts Manager
What you will bring:
Technical and Industry Experience:
- Extensive experience with contractual documents and working with legal counsel, including drafting contract revisions
- Experience or familiarity with technical and project management
- Ability to influence and persuade with experience of negotiations
- Proven Knowledge of legal terminology and concepts as used in commercial contracts
- Good verbal and written communications skills, including presentations to customers
- Organized and self-motivated for success
- Demonstrated prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
- Ability to provide creative business-oriented advice in a global, fast-paced environment
- Experience in working in different cultures and environments
- Experience with direct customer contact and negotiations – written and verbal/presentation
- Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal, conflict management, and influencing skills, and the ability to work with customers from diverse cultures.
- Extensive knowledge of industrial project delivery and contracting risks
- Bilingual in French and English considered an asset
