Key Responsibilities:
Monitor site grading, excavation, and backfill.
Ensure concrete quality, reinforcement placement, and survey verification.
Coordinate with structural and mechanical disciplines.
Qualifications:
Relevant experience in civil works on acid/phosphate plants or heavy industry.
Strong knowledge of concrete standards, survey techniques.
