  • Completion of technical school or an equivalent blend of education, training, and hands-on experience in civil or structural inspection, engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in quality control within the energy, chemicals, or infrastructure sectors, with a comprehensive understanding of applicable regulatory codes and industry standards.
  • Proficient in the use of quality inspection tools, digital reporting platforms, and project documentation systems.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make informed decisions and problem-solve in a dynamic project environment.
  • Comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary project team.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to engage with a diverse range of technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding.
  • Understanding of project systems, processes, and tools necessary to deliver consistent quality outcomes aligned with Worley’s sustainability and safety commitments.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and a proactive mindset, with the willingness to support and lead others to improve overall team performance.
  • Passionate about contributing to sustainable project outcomes and eager to support Worley’s mission of delivering meaningful, long-term change across industries and communities.
