Key Responsibilities

  • Perform structural analysis and design of industrial steel structures (such as piperacks, process structures), reinforced concrete structures, foundations, and equipment foundations.
  • Conduct static and dynamic analyses using SAP2000.
  • Prepare calculation reports, and review technical documents and drawings.
  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Respond to technical queries and provide clarifications to clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Incorporate site feedback into design deliverables and propose effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards, client specifications, and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is an asset).
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in civil/structural design.
  • Proven experience with industrial steel structures, reinforced concrete structures, and foundation design.
  • Proficiency in SAP2000 (mandatory).
  • Working knowledge of Tekla Structures (advantage).
  • Previous experience in oil & gas projects is highly preferred.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken).

Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with international codes and standards (ACI, AISC, Eurocode, etc.).
  • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
