Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design of industrial steel structures (such as piperacks, process structures), reinforced concrete structures, foundations, and equipment foundations.
- Conduct static and dynamic analyses using SAP2000.
- Prepare calculation reports, and review technical documents and drawings.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Respond to technical queries and provide clarifications to clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Incorporate site feedback into design deliverables and propose effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with international standards, client specifications, and company procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is an asset).
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in civil/structural design.
- Proven experience with industrial steel structures, reinforced concrete structures, and foundation design.
- Proficiency in SAP2000 (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of Tekla Structures (advantage).
- Previous experience in oil & gas projects is highly preferred.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with international codes and standards (ACI, AISC, Eurocode, etc.).
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
