Civil Engineer Level I
Qualification/ Experience:
Industry Specific Experience:
• Decent experience in Civil and Structural engineering in oil and gas onshore projects.
• Relevant years of engineering experience in multi-disciplinary projects and teams.
• Good knowledge of discipline design/engineering with sufficient experience.
• Good knowledge of civil design on structures such as pipe rack, buildings.
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
• Full-Time bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
HSE Capability:
• Maintain HSE focus with the team to ensure OHSE requirements.
• Demonstrate behavior and business practices commensurate with a culture of the world’s best health, safety, and environmental performance.
• Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to:
1. personal well-being.
2. healthy and safe workplaces and activities.
3. Continuously improve Worley's health, safety, and environmental performance.
• Identify and report work hazards and incidents.
IT Skills:
• STAAD Pro (Connect edition), Mat3D, foundations 3D, AutoCAD and other.
People Skills:
• Able to work in a diverse team.
• Build appropriate, constructive, and effective business relationships.
• Communicates (in English), accurately and consistently both verbally and written.
• Employs the principles of active listening and encourages feedback from others.
Other:
• Good English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, persistence, and tenacity.
• Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to learn.
• Able to work on multiple projects of various size and complexity.
