Qualifications
· University Degree in a related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
· Some relevant experience in procurement or a related field.
· Fully proficient level with a deep understanding of procurement principles and practices.
· Ability to plan work independently and accomplish varied and complex tasks.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to recommend solutions based on experience and judgment.
· Effective communication skills and the ability to influence participation in proposal, presentation, and report preparation.
· Familiarity with systems, processes, and tools related to procurement.
· Ability to work collaboratively with teams and provide technical guidance.
