Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities across assigned project area
Ensure construction and mining works are executed in line with safety standards, design specifications, and project schedule
Manage subcontractors, trades, and internal crews to maintain productivity and quality
Monitor progress against construction program and implement corrective actions as required
Lead and participate in daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) requirements
Collaborate with engineers, planners, and project managers to resolve site issues
Maintain daily site records, reporting progress, incidents, delays, and resource usage
Support commissioning and handover processes within your area of responsibility
Drive a positive site culture through effective leadership and communication
Qualifications
Experienced in a construction supervisory role on large-scale mining, infrastructure, or heavy industrial projects
Previous experience as an Authorised Person/SAP (e.g., electrical, mechanical, HV/LV systems, process systems)
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a high-risk, fast-paced environment
Deep understanding of construction methodologies, safe work systems, and commissioning interface
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Strong reporting and documentation skills
