Role Purpose
The Energy, Chemicals & Resources in Asia is going through a transformation journey. We are supporting our clients to tackle the challenges whilst managing the drivers on decarbonization, changing demands on end products, expectations on renewable and recyclable processes using different feedstocks, energy optimization and nationalization.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Business Development - APAC, you will bring experience from the Oil and Gas & Energy sector and be responsible for directing the business development function for the Asia region.
About the role
• Sustain and grow Worley’s market share in the region, enhancing profitability and our share in the traditional and sustainable energy industries.
• Nurture and develop relationships with customers and partners, enhancing our relationship and identifying new opportunities early that we can provide a differentiated offering.
• Partner with Regional Sales Leadership and Operations to enhance organizational capabilities and processes.
• Provide sales leadership and coaching across a broad and diverse region, empowering and supporting the development and success of our sales teams in China, India, and South-East Asia.
• Conduct financial feasibility studies and develop proposals for new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Initiate proposals that support overall corporate goals, negotiate contract details, and closes deals.
• Build and lead a high-performing diverse sales team to drive regional growth.
About you

• Established in relationships with government and private sector, as well as major EPC contractors across Asia.
• You have a successful track record of closing range of USD 5M-20M fee deals generating sales for a multinational global organization.
